The book keeps referring to CourseMate materials. See CourseMate for this , see CourseMate for that. You can't get this. This is disconcerting to keep referring to something for more information. My instructor said you have to buy something else to get access. This was not stated anywhere. Now I look at end of paragraph and if I see this I skip it.
